PATools is a small UK-based organisation serving a global market.

Our shareware sells at only a small unit price (to a select market) and you can try it out fully prior to purchase.

Therefore it is only practical and economic to offer shareware support by email (not telephone).

We endeavour to respond promptly and always prioritise users who have purchased licenses, but at times it may take a little longer than we would wish, so please be patient, especially if you are in a different time zone from the UK!
